The Developmental Model of Couples Therapy

What to Expect

  • Starts Thursday January 14th 2027 at 10 am EST

  • 6 sessions over 3 months (Dates: 1/14, 1/28, 2/11, 2/25, 3/11, 3/25)

  • Earn 10 CEs, First and last sessions 2 hours long, all middle sessions 1.5 hours (approval pending from NASW)

  • $80 per session per participant (commitment for all 6 sessions required if receiving CEs)

  • Lead by facilitators with advanced training and over 15 years of combined experience with couples

  • Online, synchronous, group cohort model (capped at 20), participation required for CEs

  • Recorded for group members only

  • Learn the model, practice interventions, connect with colleagues

  • Queer, Polyamory/ENM, and Kink/BDSM informed

  • Participation in training does not result in certification (see couplesinstitute.com for level 1 training program information)
